Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide the highest quality of service to all clients, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact your Esthetician at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute changes are difficult to accommodate, and your consideration is greatly appreciated.

No refunds on prepaid services and/or gift cards.

All PRP appointments require a 72-hour cancellation notice.
